Clare worked in the Banking sector for 12 years in project management and business change. In 2008 she retrained as a teaching assistant, where she enjoyed the challenge of helping children with educational needs to develop their abilities in English and Maths.

Clare and her husband Ian, a Baptist Minister, live in Ross-on-Wye.  They have two children, Bethan and Stuart, both currently studying at University.

Clare joined ReSource in 2019. Initially based from the Telford office, Clare now works from home on a part-time basis.  She currently co-ordinates the Bookings Diary for ReSource, liaising with local churches and ReSource Ministers to organise Sanctuary Days and Church Weekends, among other things.
